Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use EZMeal at ezmeal.in (“EZMeal”, “we”, “us”). EZMeal is run by Hustle Frolic, New Delhi, India. By using EZMeal or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What EZMeal is

EZMeal creates general meal plans for healthy adults. You answer a short questionnaire; we calculate daily calorie and protein targets and build a 7-day plan from a database of Indian foods, with portions in household measures. You can see your targets and Day 1 for free. The full 7-day plan, meal changes, grocery list and PDF are available for a one-time payment.

2. Not medical advice

EZMeal is a general wellness tool. It is not medical, clinical or individualised nutrition advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or manage any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Who can use EZMeal

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• EZMeal is for healthy adults. It is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney, liver or heart disease, have or have had an eating disorder, take medication for weight loss, or have been advised a special diet by a doctor. Our questionnaire stops anyone who reports these.
• You must give accurate information. Your targets and plan depend on it.

4. Food allergies and intolerances

You can tell us foods you don’t eat, and we leave them out of your plan. However, EZMeal does not check for food allergies, cross-contamination or hidden ingredients in packaged foods. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, check every ingredient yourself before preparing a meal.

5. Price and payment

• The full 7-day plan costs ₹149 (inclusive of any applicable taxes), shown before you pay. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change the price for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already bought.

6. Delivery and access

Your plan is a digital product. It opens on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email you a private link to it. There is no physical delivery. Anyone with the link can see the plan, so keep it private. If you lose it, use Find my plan or write to us.

8. Using EZMeal fairly

Your plan is for your personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or republish EZMeal plans, food data or content, try to access other people’s plans, overload or attack the service, or use automated tools to scrape it.

9. Our content

The EZMeal name, logo, website, food database, plans and other content belong to Hustle Frolic. You may print or save your own plan for personal use.

10. Accuracy and availability

Nutrition values are estimates based on Indian food composition data and standard recipes; real values vary with ingredients, brands and cooking. We work to keep EZMeal available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hustle Frolic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome from following a plan. Our total liability for any claim relating to EZMeal is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies from that date. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you paid.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.
